Frequently asked questions

What location information do I send?

Great Britain uses postcodes. The US, Canada, Germany, and France also support selected coordinates. Some postal codes need a more precise point. Your app handles address selection; the API accepts a country with a postcode or coordinates. See the input contract.

Does every representative have an email address?

No. Contact routes depend on what the source publishes and can include email, phone, websites, contact forms, and offices. Missing values stay empty. Request access to evaluate the contact coverage your product needs.

How fresh is the data?

The API reports source dates chamber by chamber and warns when a source exceeds its freshness bound. Sources update on different schedules, so a new publication does not mean every record changed. Read the API reference.
