The service and its operator

Adsum Data is operated by Felix Dorn, 13 rue des Cordiers, 67115, Plobsheim.

Adsum Data is an independent service providing structured national representative information and location-to-representative lookup. It is not a parliament, electoral authority, or official channel for contacting a representative. Questions about these terms or access should be sent to api@adsumdata.com.

Requesting and using access

Documentation and the OpenAPI schema can be read without an API key. Data endpoints require a key issued for the holder and use agreed during onboarding. Sending an access request does not itself create a purchase, subscription, or entitlement to a key. Any fees, quotas, permitted redistribution, support commitments, or special service terms must be confirmed in the applicable access agreement; this page does not promise a free tier or a service-level guarantee.

Provide accurate account details and notify us if they change. You are responsible for people and systems you authorise to use your key. Keep it confidential, store it on your server, and contact us promptly if it is exposed. Do not sell or publicly share a key, bypass access controls, or use another holder’s credentials without authority.

Any contractual terms requiring acceptance should be agreed as part of access issuance. Merely viewing this page does not constitute agreement to undisclosed commercial conditions.

Use the service responsibly

You may use authorised access for your agreed application, subject to applicable law and the rights associated with the source material. Do not interfere with the service, evade rate limits, probe other accounts, introduce malicious content, misrepresent affiliation with Adsum Data or a publisher, or use public contact information for unlawful harassment, threats, deceptive impersonation, or unsolicited communications prohibited by law.

Respect the documented API contract and retry instructions. Request only the personal information your application needs. Provide appropriate privacy notices and obtain any permissions required for your collection, lookup, storage, outreach, or reuse. The availability of an officeholder’s contact details does not by itself authorise every form of communication.

Location input and customer applications

Send a country and exactly one postcode or selected coordinate pair in the body of a lookup request. The backend does not accept raw address text or a Google place ID. If your frontend uses Google Places, you are responsible for that integration, its attribution, terms, disclosures, and processing of your users’ address input. Do not substitute a postcode centre for a user-selected address.

Handle incomplete, ambiguous, or unavailable results as documented. Show relevant warnings and do not present a refined or approximate outcome as more precise than the response supports.

Data scope, accuracy, and freshness

Coverage is limited to the countries, chambers, fields, and lookup modes described in the documentation and available in the serving dataset. It does not include every level of government, every officeholder, or every contact route. A blank field is not evidence that no such information exists elsewhere.

Data is derived from external sources and can contain errors, omissions, delays, outdated material, or contested classifications. The service reports provenance, source vintages, and warnings so you can assess fitness for your use. Source publication and refresh times differ. A recently published manifest does not mean every source was read at that time.

Verify material facts with the relevant official source when accuracy is consequential. The service is not legal advice, proof of electoral eligibility, or an authoritative determination of representation. Historical roster access depends on retention; geographic references have independent vintages.

Source rights and attribution

Public accessibility is not a universal licence. Source material can carry copyright, database rights, attribution obligations, restrictions, and other third-party terms. Portraits, photographs, logos, contact data, boundaries, and datasets may have different rights. A provenance link describes where information came from; it does not transfer all rights in that source.

Preserve attribution and other notices supplied with material you reuse, including photo credits. Before redistribution or a use that requires particular rights, confirm those rights and the applicable access agreement with us. These terms grant no rights that Adsum Data is not entitled to grant and do not replace the terms of an original publisher. Third-party names on this site identify sources or integration contexts and do not imply endorsement.

Please report suspected rights violations or incorrect attribution with the affected record and supporting information.

Availability, changes, and suspension

The service can be interrupted by maintenance, capacity limits, source failures, security incidents, or other events. API versions and retention behavior are described in the documentation. We may update the service, impose operational limits, or suspend or revoke access where needed to address security, unlawful use, breach of agreed terms, or service operation. Any notice, remedy, or service credit required by a separate agreement or applicable law continues to apply.

Contact us to stop using your key or report exposure. Revocation disables requests but does not automatically erase account, security, or historical source records; see the privacy policy.

Responsibility and applicable rights

Except for commitments expressly made in an applicable agreement or required by law, the website and data are provided on an “as available” basis, without a promise of uninterrupted operation, complete coverage, or suitability for every purpose. You remain responsible for the decisions, communications, and applications you build using them.

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted. In particular, mandatory consumer and data-protection rights continue to apply. Any further allocation or limit of liability must be set out in the agreement governing your access, rather than inferred from this page.

No governing law, exclusive court, arbitration process, or contractual liability cap is selected by these website terms. Any such agreed provision must be disclosed in the applicable access agreement and remains subject to mandatory law.

Changes and contact

The updated date identifies this version. Revised website terms apply prospectively as permitted by law; changes to an existing access agreement follow that agreement’s process. For coverage questions, access terms, data corrections, or complaints, contact Adsum Data.
